この小紋は、1960年代から80年代にかけての、母のジャケットのツイード生地のレトロな感覚を着物の柄にしたものです。

その当時、この素材はよく使われており、マニッシュな色、かわいい色、ラメが入ったもの、少しガサガサっとしたものなどがありました。
その豊富なツイード生地の中から、柄をピックアップしています。

そこに重ねたのは更紗（さらさ）の文様です。
インドネシア系の、優雅で伸びのある構図の中に、そっとウサギが見え隠れしています。

素材は格子の地模様が美しさを際立たせる、ポリエステルを使用しています。
「ポリエステルって・・・」というイメージをお持ちの方にぜひおすすめしたいこちらは、もちろん素材の良いところである『洗える、シワになりにくい』という扱い易いさはもちろんのこと、まるで正絹かのようなしっとりしたしなやかさと、柔らかな着心地も兼ね備えています。

表情豊かな名古屋帯でも素敵に、半幅帯でカジュアルに。
少し光沢のある格子の地紋が奥行きを感じさせ風情を出しています。
